Exonaration

How many people have been wrongfully convicted because of inaccurate eyewitness accounts or other false evidence. What do you think ten twenty maybe, over 300 people have been exonerated from crimes that they did not commit and these are only the ones that have been found. Through the process of DNA processing and comparison have been exonerated. These cases are crimes that have biological evidence such as hair, blood, skin anything that is part of the perpetrator. Because of this the crimes that the most amount of people are exonerated from are rape cases. I believe that DNA testing is key in our justice system not only to catch suspects but also to save people from being wrongfully convicted.
